• Phone Number: Used for account registration and OTP verification.
• Name: Used to identify you within the app.
• Location Data: Approximate GPS location is collected only when you tap the check-in button. We do NOT track your location continuously.
• Battery Level: Collected during check-in to help guardians know if your phone needs charging.
• Device Information: Device model and OS version for push notification delivery.
• Photos: Avatar and background photos you voluntarily upload.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the check-in and guardian monitoring service.
• To send notifications to guardians when a check-in is missed.
• To display your status and location to your linked guardians.
• To send you reminders to check in.

3. Data Sharing

Your personal data is shared only with guardians you have explicitly linked with. We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties.

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase Cloud Messaging: For push notifications.
• Twilio: For SMS OTP verification.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use JWT authentication, HTTPS encryption, and follow industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.

• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.

Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
